All orders are subject to the following terms and
conditions. By placing an order with Little
Prezzies, the buyer is deemed to have accepted these
terms and conditions. A binding contract is created
between Little Prezzies and a buyer, when the buyer
receives communication from us confirming acceptance
of their order. This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
Pricing
All product prices are in pounds(£) sterling,
include VAT at the current UK rate, but are
exclusive of packaging and delivery charges. We
reserve the right to change any advertised price
before accepting an order. Products marked with a
recommended retail price (RRP) refer to prices the
manufacturer recommends that the goods are sold at
in the UK, or prices that retailers within the UK
are currently offering the same product.
Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be
withdrawn at any time. All products shown on the
website should be in stock, unless marked otherwise.
If you try to enter a higher quantity than is
available, you will be informed of the current stock
level. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will
be offered an alternative or the opportunity to
cancel your order. We reserve the right to make
minor substitutions of equal or better value or
quality, provided it is not a substantial change to
the order.
Product Details
The photographs of the products are for reference
only and should be considered illustrative. Products
often come in different colours, patterns, designs
or are part of a range. We select one at random and
you may not receive exactly the same item as
illustrated on the website. Our item descriptions
usually indicate this if applicable. Where sizes of
products are quoted these are only intended as a
guide. All references to gold, silver, gems, etc,
relate to colour and style, not the actual material
from which products are made. Errors and Omissions
accepted.
Health and Safety
All of our products are very carefully selected and
toys carry the European CE mark. None of the items are
suitable for children under 3 years old due to, but
not limited to, small parts which may present a
choking hazard, or sharp points which may cause
injury, or the risk of suffocation from the
packaging itself. Confectionery is not
guaranteed to be nut free.
It is the customers
responsibility to ensure that our products are not
given to anyone under 3 years of age. It is
the parents/carers responsibility to supervise the
end user of the
products we supply.
Order Confirmation
Orders can only be accepted via our online shop. You
will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your
order. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order up to the time of despatch
from our premises.
Payment
No items will be despatched until Little Prezzies
receives full payment. All payments must be made in
Pounds Sterling.
Credit cards may be used via Google Checkout, a
secure payment gateway. Google Checkout accepts major credit
and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron,
MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, and Solo. Buyers enter
their credit or debit card information when they
first sign up for Google Checkout and can select
their preferred payment type during checkout. Little Prezzies
do not see customer's card details. Please
note that the customer's billing address must be the
address to which the credit card statement is sent,
otherwise payment will not be accepted and there will
be a delay in processing your order.
Delivery
We deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales
only. Express delivery is not available to Scottish
Highlands and Islands. Delivery is not available to locations outside
of the UK. See our full
shipping information.
Despatch
Despatch of stock items will usually occur within 2 working
days of full payment being made to Little Prezzies.
Please allow longer for customised labels. See our
delivery page for up to date shipping
information. Following despatch, 2nd Class Delivery
may take up to 7 working days and Express Delivery
usually arrives the
day after despatch. Delivery dates are
estimates only and Little Prezzies will not be
liable for any consequential loss arising out of
failure to meet specific dates.
Goods Lost in Transit
We will replace or refund the cost of goods lost in
transit to the customer. Our liability is limited to the cost of the
goods and we accept no liability for goods not being
received to meet specific dates.
Shortages
All orders are carefully checked by two individuals
before despatch to ensure correctness. Customers are
requested to check their orders within 24 hours of
receipt. In the unlikely event of shortages being
discovered, we can only assist when these have been
reported within 24 hours of the delivery
signature/receipt.
Damaged Goods
Damaged parcels must be marked as damaged on the
delivery sheet at the time of delivery. Failure to
do so may invalidate any claims. We will not be held
responsible for shortages or damaged goods that have
been signed for in full and as in good condition.
Damaged goods and their packaging should be kept for
inspection. You must
notify us by email within 24 hours if goods are
received damaged. If we are not notified of any
damage within this time, it will be deemed that your
order has been delivered to you in a good and
satisfactory state. After the expiration of this 24
hour period, no refund or exchange can be offered
based on a claim for damaged goods.
Returns
From the date you sign for receipt of your order, as
per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up
to 7 days to return your complete order. Before
returning goods, please email Little Prezzies for a
Returns Authorisation stating the reason you wish to
return. Failure to do so may result in a delay of
any refund. The goods must be unused, unopened and
in the same condition as they were originally
despatched from us. The original packaging should be
used for their return.
The delivery charges for returns are at your expense
and goods remain your responsibility whilst in
transit to us, you are therefore advised to use
Royal Mails Recorded Delivery service or for
goods with a value of 30 or more you should use the
Royal Mails Special Delivery service. We cannot
accept responsibility for any loss or damage which
occurs to items whilst in transit to us, or which
occurs due to any other circumstances beyond our
control.
Items made up to
individual customer's requirements are subject to
a 50% restocking fee of the cost of your original
order, if returned for any reason.
Subject to the above conditions being met, refunds
will be made within 14 days of receipt of the
returned goods, less the original packaging,
shipping and insurance charges and restocking fee.
Complaints
Little Prezzies hope you will be delighted with your
purchases but if you are not, please contact us so
that we may attempt to resolve the matter as quickly
and amicably as possible. We aim to reply to
complaints within 5 working days.

Little Prezzies makes no warranty in respect of any

Sales via this website are governed by English Law
and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts. All orders are
subject to these Terms and Conditions, and no
amendments will be accepted by us.
Validity
Little Prezzies reserve the right to change our
terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
