Despatch
Subject to availability, we aim to despatch stock orders
within 48 hours of receipt of payment of your order.
If for any reason this is not possible we
will contact you to see if you wish to continue with
your order. Please allow longer for customised labels.
Delivery Times
Royal Mail 2nd Class
delivery is usually between 3 and 7 working days following
despatch. If a more urgent delivery is required
please select Express Delivery at checkout. As delivery times may be affected by
factors beyond our control, we cannot be held
responsible for any loss or disappointment resulting
from non-delivery or late delivery. Therefore please
provide enough lead-time when placing an order. If
you require items for a specific date at short
notice, please
contact us to ascertain whether it is possible.
Whilst
most items arrive with our customers within the
Royal Mail estimated delivery times, Royal Mail
delays do occasionally happen. A parcel is not
considered missing by Royal Mail until 14 days after
posting.
Delivery
Orders are despatched
using a Courier Service or Royal Mail's recorded delivery service. A
signature will be required on delivery of goods.
Therefore, if you know you will not be available to
take delivery, you are given the option when placing
your order to have your goods delivered to an
alternative address to the billing address, ie
neighbour's house or place of work. If this is the
case, please give full instructions, including a
contact name/department if it is being delivered to a
large company!
If delivery is still missed you
will be left a card informing you of an attempted
delivery and given instructions on how to have it
re-delivered. Please note that parcels are only kept
by Royal Mail for 7 days after an attempted
delivery, before being returned to sender.
If goods are returned to Little
Prezzies because the customer failures to re-arrange a
delivery day with the courier or because we were
given an
incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not
refundable, plus any return carriage fees and a
restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
On receipt of goods, it is
ESSENTIAL that you check the package carefully to
ensure it isn't damaged or hasn't been tampered
with. Once you sign for the package the goods are
deemed as being successfully delivered. If a package
is damaged or there appears to be items missing you
must state this on the delivery sheet next to your
signature. We cannot be held responsible for
shortages or damaged goods that have been signed for
in full and as in good condition.
